Born in August 1972, graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 1996, and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2001.
During her professional activities over the years, serving both public administrations and private clients, she has gained significant experience in both litigation and out-of-court work, particularly in the field of urban planning and construction. She has been involved in the development of urban planning instruments and Technical Implementation Norms, as well as drafting agreements related to implementational planning tools.
She has also acquired qualified experience in matters of expropriation, public contracts for works, services, and supplies, concessions of goods and services, environmental law, as well as disputes before the Court of Auditors in a judicial context, in the field of fiscal responsibility.
Since 2008, she has continuously been responsible (on behalf of SOLOM - Lombard Administrative Lawyers Society) for organizing accredited professional training courses, recognized by the Milan Bar Association, covering various subjects in administrative law. As part of these training cycles, she has delivered several presentations, particularly on urban planning, construction, and administrative responsibility.
She has been a member of the Administrative Justice Commission of the Milan Bar Association since 2023.
